Hang Ten - Mountain IPA (6.4%) 440ml
For our 10th Birthday we’ve come up with something special. Hang Ten, the 10th brew in our Mountain IPA series is brewed with 10 different hops to mark the special occasion. Mountain IPAs bring together the best of both East and West Coast IPA styles, delivering a fruit- forward, juicy hop experience at the start that then turns into the solid bitter West Coast hop blast we all love so much. With Hang Ten’s 10 hop varieties in the mix, it delivers in leaps and bounds on the flavour spectrum, not leaving you hanging.
Solar Juice - New England IPA (6.1%) 440ml
A juicy IPA with a twist. Unlike the classic juicy yellow colours often displayed in Hazys, for Solar Juice we used a combination of malts that create a beautiful orange hue and hops that bring citrus overtones, both reminiscent of the glorious morning sunrise. The hops are well incorporated to deliver a soft taste profile, combined with a subtle sweetness for an overall smooth, full-flavoured drinking experience.
Shore Haze - Hazy APA (5.5%) 330ml
azy APA is a "lightened up" version of the Hazy IPA style. More approachable and ultimately more refreshing, it balances the concepts of Hazy and an American Pale Ale. Loaded with hop goodness on the nose and the palate, it brings a slightly juicy smoothness that is accentuated by a balanced hop bitterness.
Shake Your Mangos - Milkshake IPA (6%) 440ml
Hop forward, fruit forward, flavour forward, this Milkshake IPA is loaded with mango and New Zealand stone fruit centric hops. Lactose and vanilla are added to create the silky mouthfeel of a milkshake. This flavour combination is complex on the palate and intriguing to say the least. What starts with fruity aroma becomes a smooth milkshake experience but make no mistake, it finishes like an IPA.
Quest - Pilsner (5%) 330ml
Quest is born from the search for the perfect Pilsner. Using old school brewing techniques and incorporating new world hops we embark on our Quest to deliver the well rounded flavour profile of a great Pilsner with its distinct hop notes. Tuck into a Quest and see how we're tracking.
Liquid Shade - Summer Ale (4.4%) 440ml
Liquid Shade Summer Ale, just the ticket for a hot summer day when you need to find a cool moment. Lower alcohol and bright, thirst-quenching flavours bring the refreshment you are looking for. Light touch of coriander spice coupled with orange notes deliver crisp flavour with an invigorating finish. Liquid Shade transports you to a hammock under a shady tree with a cool breeze. Jokers Wild - India Pale Ale (6.3%) 330ml
The trick with this beer is all about balance. Balance of hops as well as malt. Four different hop varieties are added throughout the brewing process with a focus on late additions of Amarillo and Simcoe to let their flavour and aroma shine through. This hop experience balances delicately on a Jokers Wild grain bill to create a flavoursome IPA. Wrap it all together and Jokers Wild will do acrobatics on your tongue.
Hibiscus Coast Haze - Unfiltered IPA (6.5%) 440ml
With our brewery located in Silverdale, the gateway city to the Hibiscus Coast, we have taken inspiration for this brew from the numerous hibiscus plants in the area covered with gorgeous flowers in season. Using dried hibiscus flowers in the brew as well as during fermentation, the beer displays a beautiful rosy colour and a slight tartness that perfectly balances the richness and smoothness of this unfiltered brew. A full-flavoured drop with huge personality!
Grizzly - Robust Porter (6%) 440ml
Born with a rugged smoothness, this beer stands out like a Grizzly on its hind legs. The lightly burnt malt character that delivers chocolate coffee mocha flavours neatly combines with a bit of grainy, dark malt dryness on the finish. Add to this aging on bourbon barrel wood to further enhance the smoothness and bring faint vanilla aromas, and the rest is magic. So satisfying that it brings a session-ability that is hard to resist. Beware the Grizzly, he may sneak up on you!
Free Climb - Mountain IPA (6.3%) 440ml
Mountain ipas are a melting pot for juicy neipa hazies and staunch west coast hop bombs. With free climb we are moving off the beaten path onto new hop territory, making for an exciting venture. Alongside big doses of simcoe and chinook this golden hued brew uses even bigger doses of the new New Zealand superdelic hop and indie hop yqh 1320. The result is a complex layered hop experience that brings juicy tropical and stone fruit nuances with a citrus backdrop upfront, complemented by a balanced bitterness that allows for a clean finish. Free climb delivers an exciting drinking adventure with a satisfying bright finish.
Anchors Aweigh - California Common Lager (5%) 330ml
Anchors Aweigh is a lager of distinction. Born from the gold rush days of California it incorporates a unique grain bill, a specialized yeast and very specific Northern Brewer hops. When all brewed up it presents as an easy drinking drop with flavor and gusto. A lager with distinct character.
